Resource Guide

This is the digital, searchable, version of the printed Resource Guide CPP has created. You can also follow the link below to view/download the FULL guide in PDF format.

Please note that the Listing of Organization/Practice Name and Listing by Individual Provider Name are not comprehensive listings. That is, CPP members submitted Organization names with pediatric expertise, but did not necessarily include the names of all individual providers in the Organization. Similarly, Individual Provider names were often submitted without indicating the name of the Organization with which they were associated.

The information included in this compendium is provided as general information for the convenience of CPP's members. CPP does not certify the competency of any of the resources listed. CPP does not, and does not intend to, endorse any product, entity, or person, and reserves the right to alter the content of this compendium at any time. Inclusion of a referable source in the compendium is primarily a function of having the name of the referral source submitted by a CPP member.
