Sanofi: Fluzone®, High-Dose Fluzone®, and Flublok®
Updated pricing for Sanofi’s Fluzone®, High-Dose Fluzone and Flublok® vaccines for the 2026-2027 flu season can be obtained by contacting the CPP office.
- Pre-book by April 17 to receive CPP member discount, delivery commitment, and returns allowance.
- To participate, confirm your pre-book reservation online at www.VaccineShop.com.

Seqirus: Fluad® and Flucelvax®
Updated pricing and program details for Fluad® and Flucelvax® for the 2026–2027 season can be obtained by contacting the CPP office.
- Pre-book by April 17 to secure CPP pricing, delivery commitment, and returns allowance.
- Order through your Seqirus direct purchase account at https://flu360.com or call (855) 358‑8966.
- To participate, complete the Seqirus declaration form and send it to CPP at CPP@nationwidechildrens.org or fax 614‑722‑2149.
AstraZeneca: FluMist®
Updated pricing and program details for FluMist® can be obtained by contacting the CPP office.
- Pre-book by April 30 to receive CPP member pricing, delivery commitment, and returns allowance.
- Place reservations through authorized distributors—McKesson, FFF Enterprises, Besse Medical—or via the FluMist website.
- To participate, please complete the declaration form and send it to CPP at CPP@nationwidechildrens.org or fax it to 614-722-2149. If you have already submitted a declaration form to CPP to participate in this discount opportunity in prior years, you do not need to complete another one.
