August is National Immunization Awareness Month (NIAM). It’s also the beginning of back-to-school preparations and a good time to make sure your patients and parents are back on track with their vaccines. Access CDC educational resources to assist communications with healthcare professionals, patients, and parents.
The resources include two toolkits, one for reaching healthcare professionals and the other for reaching parents and patients. Each toolkit includes key messages, sample social media content, and educational resources to help support the benefits of vaccination.
The CDC encourages its partners to share these messages and resources throughout August using the hashtag #ivax2protect.
